The Withywood Centre has a range of facilities available to hire for every occasion. From childrens' and adult parties, conferences, meetings, christenings, wedding receptions, plus our catering services, the Withywood Centre is ideal for whatever event you're planning on holding.

Office Space 
We now have 19 sq mtre (205sq ft) room available for hire, its enough space for 3 desks. Please contact the Centre if you would like to view this space. 



Private Parties 

With very competitive hiring rates the Centre has become an extremely popular venue for private parties, ranging from: 
Birthday parties. 
Wedding Receptions. 
Themed parties. 
Engagement parties. 
Baby showers. 
Special events. 
Other less happy occasions. 
Adult parties: 
The Geoff Cargill Hall boasts a fully licensed bar and is hirable from 6:30pm - 11:59pm on Fridays and Saturdays only. All alcohol consumed on the premises must be purchased at the bar. You can supply your own catering or the Centre can provide your catering at competitive rates and the hall(s) can be set up as per your requirements. 
Children's parties: 
The halls can be hired from Monday - Saturday for children's parties. You can supply your own soft drinks and catering or the Centre can provide you both at competitive rates and the hall(s) can be set up as per your requirements. 
We do allow inflatable castles etc to be set up in the halls dependant upon size. 

Room Hire - Conferences and Meetings 

The Withywood Centre is an ideal Venue for your Conference or meeting with free car parking for up to 75 vehicles, the car park has 24hour CCTV surveillance. 
The Centre is a modern facility which has two separate halls (The Mendip Hall and The Geoff Cargill Hall) capable of accommodating 50 and 70 delegates respectively or 120 delegates when the halls are combined into one. 
Meeting Rooms 
In addition the Centre has two meeting rooms each capable of accommodating up to 25 delegates. 
The meeting rooms can be set up as per your requirements. 
Brunel meeting room is capable of accommodating up to 25 people. 
Malago meeting room is capable of accommodating up to 25 people. 
The Centre also has 2 PODS capable of accommodating 1 - 4 people they are ideal for counselling, small meetings, interviews, private consultations. 
Each POD is fitted with an internal panic alarm and can be triggered remotely. In addition (if the situation is particularly dangerous) a silent external alarm can be activated. This system is connected directly to Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
